Kelly is a driven and experienced BDM with a passion for technical problem-solving. She’s focused on creating positive, lasting outcomes for our clients and their buildings across Australia by connecting them with the right solutions from the start.

Paul brings years of construction industry experience, with a focus on remediation to his role as a Business Development Manager. He takes pride in working closely with clients throughout Australia to deliver cost-effective, practical solutions that make a real difference.

As National Remediation Specialist and certified Project Manager, Dan is one of our technical specialists, called on for root-cause diagnosis and tailored repair strategies. His work spans defence, civil, mining, industrial, commercial, and residential projects, protecting assets for the long term.

Thisaru is a seasoned project estimator with over a decade in remedial works and a Diploma of Engineering. He brings sharp analytical skills to every estimate and delivers quality outcomes for our clients through technical knowledge and practical expertise.

With a decade of experience at WS Remedial Group and a strong background in remedial construction, Joshua oversees day-to-day operations across the business—ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with strategic goals. He recently obtained his builder’s licence, reinforcing his hands-on leadership and technical capability.

Sharn Piper is a respected industry leader with over 25 years’ experience in construction, project management, and business transformation. He has led complex commercial builds, large-scale infrastructure, government partnerships, and residential developments—giving him practical insight across every environment. Sharn’s hands-on leadership and drive for excellence align our national teams to deliver quality outcomes with a clear focus on customer success, technical precision, and long-term value.

Chris brings deep expertise in the chemical protection of concrete structures and is regularly engaged as an expert advisor to architects and engineers in both design and remedial works. Known for his strategic oversight and client-first approach, he delivers solutions that are practical, safe, and built for long-term performance. Chris was instrumental in developing the Diploma of Built Environment Remediation Practices (11095NAT)—a world-first qualification shaping the future of construction remediation.

A pioneer in tunnel remediation and specialist in leak sealing and structural repairs, Harold is trusted for delivering complex projects in challenging environments. His commitment to safety, innovation, and client satisfaction has shaped national practices—most notably as a driving force behind the Diploma of Built Environment Remediation Practices (11095NAT), the world’s first formal qualification in construction remediation.
