Waterproof Membrane Refurbishment and Leak Sealing of a Large Garden Bed
Groundwater was infiltrating construction joints and porous concrete beneath a large garden bed. Once the failed membrane was removed, defects were identified in the topping slab, allowing water to reach the structural slab—where it pooled and tracked through multiple cracks as ingress points.
To address the leaks’ root cause, we carried out high-pressure leak sealing injections at key joints and cracks. A comprehensive repair process was required—entailing full exposure of the structural slab and walls to apply a continuous waterproofing system in an uninterrupted stage.
