​Waterstop Solutions undertook remedial leak sealing work on a concrete drinking water reservoir located west of Brisbane, in the Somerset region, addressing active leaks and compromised joints to enhance the structure’s integrity and improve its water retention capabilities.

We employed high-pressure injection techniques using hydrophilic polyurethane resin. This resin reacts with water to form a flexible, durable seal within the concrete joints, effectively addressing leaks and accommodating some structural movements. The deteriorated joint sealants internally in the tank were removed and replaced with premium joint sealant to provide long-term performance.
